At Dakavos, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Include original tags and packaging

• Not show signs of washing, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must provide their order number and reason for return. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us promptly after delivery. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
